Position: DGM (Bid Preparation)
Purpose: International tenders and contracts associated with Transmission Line industry.Bid preparation and risk management.Dealing with clients.Estimation of Projects.
Responsibilities: Preparation of bid proposals, prequalification tender, expression of interest.Understanding contract and criticalities of International tenders.Formulating bidding strategies by understanding competition, country risks, PQ etc. Vendor sourcing / development / assessment for bought out items the dry cost estimate.Monitoring pre / post tender activities.Client handling and follow ups.Coordinating internal / external customers Attending negotiation meetings Clearly identify and understand risk elements associated with the tenders and take adequate safe guard while preparing the bids. .
Reporting: Vice President (International Business)
Quali. & Exp.: Graduate Engineer in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical with over 15 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Engineering in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical with around 20 years of experience.
 
 
Position: Manager (Bid Preparation)

Position: Dy.GM / Asst. GM / Sr. Manager (Construction estimates of Projects)
Purpose: Exposure to International projects Interpretation contractual clauses Estimation of TL Construction Managementof commercial issues.
Responsibilities: Understanding the customers requirement as reflected in tender document / proposal Conducting walk over survey of the project with special focus to probable inhibiting factors like terrain, ROW issue and keeping in mind the project mobilization. Estimating technical data, drawings as may be required to arrive at for preparation of Erection dry cost of the project. Collection and collation of data of local vendors including supplier of local gangs/sub contractor. Study of material/quantity estimation for foundation, erection, stringing etc. Assessment of project completion time vis--vis completion time reflected in tender document. Preparation of project progress schedule. Preparation of cash flow requirement and revenue budget for the project. Study of local legislation pertaining to commercial matters including tax matters. Finally prepare a cost benefit analysis of the proposed project.

Position: Dy.GM (Material Procurement)
Purpose: Handling TL materials, should be technically sound Development & handling vendor base. Communication with internal & external customers. Hand on experience in SAP MM Module.
Responsibilities: Locate vendors for materials or supplies and assess them in order to determine product availability in terms of quality standard and terms of sales. Preparation and process requisition and Purchase Orders, equipment through SAP System. Maintain procurement budget within the dry cost. Review Purchase order claims and contracts for settlement within company policy. Analyze market and delivery system in order to assess present and future material availability. Development and implement SOP for purchase and vendor Contract Management. Develop procurement strategy for more vendors for cost advantage and locating substitute materials. Resolve vendor / supplier grievances and settling claim against suppliers. Represent the company in negotiating policy for suppliers Review, evaluate and approved specifications for issuing and awarding vendor orders. Coordination with site personnel, commercial and finance department. Direct and coordinate activities of parties engaged in buying, selling and distributing materials, equipment, machinery and supplies.

Position: Sr. Manager (Quality)
Purpose: Handling Customer Audit, should be technically thorough with tower construction/foundation/stringing Execution of Quality work as desined/desired.
Responsibilities: Coordination and ensuring drawings & specification from theEngineering Dept. & other departments in conformity with client specification for foundation, erection and stringing. Inspection at vendors of Insulator, Conductor, Hardware & Earth wire in conformity with customer’s specification. Ensuring foundation, erection and stringing done at the field as per the approved FQP by the customer. Ensuring smooth inspection by the customer’s audit Finalization of quality plans, QAP & approvals from clients. Submission of method statements to clients.

Quali. & Exp.: Graduate Engineer in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical with over 10 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical with around 15 years of experience.
 
 
Position: DGM / Addl. G.M. (Logistics)
Purpose: Booking, stuffing and movement of container cargo within the country and un-stuffing at the destination end. Cargo booking at the port and custom issues and corresponding documentation. Insurance involved for cargo movement overseas. Handling Commercial matters in relation to cargo movement within the country and outside the country.
Responsibilities: Delivery planning for tower parts Insulator, Conductor, Hardware & Earth wire taking into consideration delivery period from the factories, bought out items and internal and high seas movement time. Planning and scheduling of containerization of cargo. Planning for cargo booking and ship planning from dispatch port to arrival port. Ensuring all port formalities and coordination with the receiving country personnel for port clearance to avoid any demurrage. Ensuring all formalities with customs in India and any receiving country Ensuring transit warehousing, if required. Ensuring safe stuffing of fragile materials like insulators to avoid any breakage while on transit. Ensuring transit insurance for the cargo. Coordination with receiving Country Head for movement of Cargo from Port to Destination Negotiating rates for transport for Road / Rail Transport in India and destination country.

Quali. & Exp.: Graduate Engineer in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical with over 10 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical with around 15 years of experience in project monitoring and coordination. OR MBA/M.com with 20 years of experience from cargo movement company involving international cargo movement.
